TwinBase Manager Diablo CAM format error on XP SP3

Hi,
I have some problem with my twinbase and my Diablo cam. I can't anymore upgrade to a new .dup file. When I try to restore (restore the 1.4 version by default) it works but when after I try to install the 2.54 or Underworld 1.38/1.39 I receive the message 'error format'. I use XP SP3 :-/

Can you help me ?

I have the same problem. At sp2 it works. Send information about sponsoring the problem. Advise what to do?

Duolabs should update their version to support the last patches of XP --> SP3.
