how to do a network search on akai 9500

hi there,

as mentioned in the subject i hav an akai dsr 9500 receiver and i urgent need to do a network search, but i cannot find it! is it somewhere hidden or maybe not available (-> firmware update) or should i go directly to my dealer where i got it?
it's really urgent, because they changed the satellite frequencies and all programms are gone
