Poland’s TPSA launches DTH service

The Polish incumbent telco TPSA has finally launched its new satellite-delivered TV service.

It comes as part of a package called neostrada tp z telewizja that includes internet access at speeds ranging from 512Kpbs to 2Mbps, along with telephony for those receiving it via ASDL.

Subscribers are being offered over 30 Polish and foreign TV channels, along with over 200 FTA services distributed by Eutelsat’s Hot Bird.

They can, in addition, subscribe to Orange Sport and a Canal+ package consisting of Canal+, Canal+ Film, Canal+ Sport and Canal+ Sport 2.

Neostrada tp z telewizja will also offer VOD from next year.
