Humax HDCI-2000 with system ID 3002.3000 and software R_HDXSCI_v10005.

I have Humax HDCI-2000 with system ID 3002.3000 and software R_HDXSCI_v10005.
And I can't update to firmware version. After update I see [E-01].
Anybody can help me?
How I can update it?

Of course I used null cable.
Now I solved it problem by halves. I update software to HDXSCI_v10016 but I don't know how update loader 2.3 to 4.01 and maybe I don't need it?

If anybody interested how I update my strange software:

1. I used PR-HD1000 heaven software.
2. Set your file for update and then click "change id" button.
3. In new window click "any" button.
4. In software window set "remove sig".
5. After that I can updated my humax software.

P.S. How about loader?
