Abrakadabra card 3020ir plus

I have star sat6300cu super tps .sexviw ab sat art &show time all running with abrakadabra card but dorcel is not running my friend have a echolink 3020 ir plus .dorcel is running with echolink. But both software are same what is the problem with my reciver plz help

1st Try to old software then Latest firmware.

I,m Sure your problem solve.

But always use official site firmware.
