UPC Polska ups the ante

UPC has begun the month with important changes to its digital cable offer in Poland.

According to Wirtualne Media, the operator has introduced a multiroom service.

At the same time, it has begun to switch off premium channels, starting with HBO and Canal+, to analogue subscribers in the cities of Wroclaw and Opole.

UPC Polska launched its digital cable service last May and it already had 50,000 subscribers at the end of last month.
