how to put vplug......

hi i have just baught a sky star 2 pci card satellite........
i would apreciate if someone could tell me how to put vplug folders into progdvb........

i havent understand if i put the folder or the contents of the folder into the plugin that you have mentioned.............

it depends from where you download vplug, if is a zip or so...
anyway: in progdvb folder there is a folder called plugins: inside that must be all the files of vplug and also vkeys and vsids

Ok I know how to put vplug in pugins....But please I would like to have CSAT decrypted...could anyone help?????
I have DDream Software and Pinnacle 400i installed on my PC...
