Multipurpose loader for microyal and other receivers that use evileyes firmware like hevet,lazer,coship ect.

Like the EvilEyes manager, it a multipurpose loader that can be used to download and upload bins, change channel order and change the softcam keys to the receiver. In my experience (which is at this point very limited) I use the NeoBox to load the bin because it is faster and the EvilEyes to load the softcam keys again for the same reason.
