Hi, try this procedure:

Turn off the box, plug not inserted in the socket
Connect the receiver to your PC
Open Factory-Tools
Browse -> Firmware original
Serial Com -> The port of the PC connected to the decoder
Mode Setting -> Flash Dump
Press ENTER
Insert the plug into the socket and then uploading the firmware as usual...

If the process does not proceed with JTAG interface...
