Bin Editor needed

i m asian user.i have got neosatSx9800Ci receiver.
Can any one will help me how can i personaly edit or include BISS code system in it.
Can any one tell me is there any bin editor i can use to change my receiver bin keys.

certain recievers have remote acess ,theres tricks that the remotes do like change keys etc ,i would check manafacture tech help .good luck
