Dear sir
my neotion 501 stop to working after upgrade firmware
I can see signal quality and signal strength in the display but cannels name not displaying and channels not store,when i tunning the satellite
finaly it displays no channels stored pl
please help me how to fix the problem

you have the ic(tension regulator)inside the neotion box damage,you must replace it

Just a little while ago neotionbox was a nice support..
now when ird2 is being implemented on other supports, on neo - even tps no longer seems to be Ok..
well.. well..sad but true.. it has become nothing less than a piece of history all of a sudden.
seems to be the moment now to turn the page and change it for something.. or for anything else.
the moment to say goodbye to neobox!
