Cas 3 help

I have Irdeto cam and Mpeg-4 cam, can I use my CAS3 to programme them to open any packages? if yes which packages if no which cam I should get??

so i have to get other programmer to use the irdeto cam i have?which programmer u recommend??or i can use my CAS3 if I get Fun card or Diablo Cam which is expensive and opens few packages........what u think I should do?? Thanks
