need help with starsat sr-x4200 super

hi, ok i need help with my starsat sr-x4200 super. I was wondering i f i can unscramble the scrambled channels on "Nilesat" with key(s) or do i need to do a software update connected to a computer? i'm new to this and i need help, i want to open the scrabled channels on the satelite "Nilesat" there are like 90 channels that are scrambled that i want to open, or at least discovery, animal planet, disney and the showtime ones. any help would be appreciatedm thank you.
