where can I find Viaccess 2.5 key for BBC Prime, Provider Globcast UK on Hot Bird 13° ?

I was talking to a satellite equipment seller last week and he said that BBC Prime is now using Viaccess 3.0 and is no longer accessable without BBC card. Has anyone else heard something like this.
