what card can we mosc with this program please tell us

It is a SECA MOSC program for card type "A" or "B".
Unfotunatelly it is French language, so most of functions does not open to me.
And because I dont have original SECA-card, it is useless also for me.
Nice program anyway, have a fun :)
but it is dry seca 2? does not apply to seca 4?

anyway it is for french 7.1 A or B, seca card...quite efficient even if doesn't sort all problems...

i have some old cards and wonder what do i need to mosc them
i have usb phoenix programer and cas 3+ programer
are this any good

Well if you mean seca1 old card, black one... no way..
and if you have a 7.1 one, white and yellow and bleu squares you will need a unlooper to manage it...
but keep in mind new card are already used under "seca4" or "nagra" crypting system and is not hacked yet....so life of the 7.1 is not so long....
