help with programming please

Hi there
i have a gamma card that is working perfectly with Nova.i wanted to see if i could get showtime/art to work.when i try to load the latest files i get a "card has no ATR" message.i know its probably the way i'm doing it but cant work out what.i have previously had no problem programming it with Nova.

How you are trying to program the card with the two files?

its working ok now. i closed down the computer,switched back on and bingo!!!
