Technomate 7755 vi 2cam slot

Hi ya,

I've got a technomate 7755 vi 2cam.

The problem is that when i turn the power on from the mains and back of the box, Theirs a red light flashing which is the standby light. it was working 2 hours before and now nothing, no picture, it seems dead. Can anyone help

Got my answer!!!!!!

I phoned technomate and asked them the same question, they said that its a power-surge on the back where you connect the plug wire.

Pissed off now because they said it will cost 25 pounds for the part but didn't mention about p&p.

Anyway, anybody have this same problem??? - this is the answer - Throw it away and get a new one..................................... ..

this might be abit late the reply but still here we go i had the same problem m8 its 2 capacitors on u power supply board u need 2 change if i remember right c13 & another { not sure } but they only a few pennies & when i did i upped the voltage ie if they rated 16v put 25v in as long as same uF you be ok

just looked its c12 & c13 u need to replace i guess they were 12v before but i replaced with 16v & no problems since

Thanks daphney, spot on replaced with a couple of 105deg 16v types, up and working again.
