well, if you have an original t*s card, I'm afraid you cannot use it on a Pioneer, patched or not.

Goldboxes are SECA-based, whereas T*S cards are Viaccess-based.

For the same reason, I'm afraid you cannot use an original fw either :(

actually no fw for pioneer is compatible with Via cards (yet)

all pio fw's are SECA-based, and can only "read" seca-based cards

hi!

i flash my ts4 with differents firmware.

i'm testing much firms, and i choose 1430_M96B_Generator_EU.zip but i have no sound..

i try to install original firm but it's the same!

my scart in new and i'm connecting my recevier by RCA and mute is off

I don't know if is hardware or software but my sat receiver was fully functional before the tests firmware.

when i put the sound of my amplificator receiver to the max i hear the TV but it's very very low...

with pionero i'm testing with terminal, the commands %MV? and %MA? but the sat receiver respond $%C0 (unknow command)


How i repair my receiver?

First the file tps.bin is only for 1530 OFM firmware then the data area for 1530 is locate from 0x110600 to 0x120492 in generator firmware, copy this block and paste in 1730 firmware at 0x111100, after that you juste need to open and save the file with Defiant for calculate CRC (or calculate crc32 with your hexeditor and copy at adress 0x12fc00

Can we use generator firmware (M96....) for Pioneer TS4 with a AES funcard ?
On ASTRA or HOTBIRD ? How ? is it a funcard 4 or 6 ?

I've modified 1730 M95E with a data_area of 1530 M96B and the firm work.

It's ok.

If you want i modifie the firms for the 1730 and i put on the upload.

You must wait a liitle bit more for all the new firms cause there is change in Hdl and MHW.
You will find them in Pioneer firmware soon
