You just need a hex editor and copy/paste data_area given by Mister Generator each week (or extract from 1430 or 1530 firmware) and then open the file you have patched with Defiant and save for calculate new CRC. For 1730 look around 0x111100 for data_area

And how to make with a file TPS.BIN?

no because the firm isn't compatible with this kind on cards
