can you prove this matter . all is just gussing on the net . on Bis official site it is mentioned that the brodcast on Eutelsat 13 (Hotbird) and there is no information about leaving Hotbird to Astra. since TPS devided to Bis and Canal+ these are so many rumors in this case that is no prove of it.

the package that can be opened by vista is closed to bis tv list as far as i know. Dorcel switched to Viaccess 3 and it is not in case of vista problem.
