Problemi con C-Tech HD 5000-C Plus Nuovo

Ciao a tutti!

L'altro giorno mi è finalmente arrivato il C-Tech in oggetto ordinato da un negozio online...

Finisco di collegare il tutto e lo accendo.
Praticamente rimane su "START UP" per circa 10-15min!!!

Poi dopo finalmente passa alla fase "INITIALIZE"... dove devo procedere con i tasti sul pannello frontale per cercare di sistemare i settings... il telecomando non da segni di vita...

ovviamente non riesco ad accedere alla parte del setup antenna/canali... perchè richiede un pin (immagino 0000 come riportato dal manuale) ma non c'è modo di inserirlo via pannello frontale... (telecomando non va...)

finisco di impostare quello che al momento posso... poi rispengo dal pannello frontale... e si accende la luce blu e va in stand by... quando riaccendo stessa cosa dall'inizio...

Qualche idea?
E' già rotto prima di usarlo?
Era tutto imballato nuovo nuovo...
Lo rispedisco al mittente?

Ciao! Grazie per la risposta, ma l'ho letta solamente quando avevo già spedito il tutto al negozio, che in modo molto professionale ed onesto mi hanno rispedito il decoder nuovo e soprattutto funzionante in tempi ragionevoli.

Ora inizierò ad usarlo per cercare di capire meglio tutte le sue funzioni.
