I have tried all the unlockers that i can find and no luck does any have any more to try

did you try the string above if you Atr ending 002 it will unlock it

use EMK 3.5
clean card
get ATR ending 002
in send as string line write 01020304050607080910111213141516
send to card will say emm succesful
card is now unlocked

Open emk3.5, clean card with eurotools, close emk3.5 and open emk3.1, reset card and load OS, after ok
