Is there anyway to bring back a Humax 5300 back to life ? I mean is there a way to upgrade it...

U can change ur 5300 to Humax 5400 and then upgrade it as normal humax5400.

No, you can´t change 5300 VACI into 5400 IRCI. Some soft has been made in that direction but it could never turn 5300 into 5400 completely. You could only screw up your 5300 trying to do it.

i got a humax na fox c ( it's an old one - about 3 years old... the new one is PR FOX C II) ... is it possible to flash it somehow??
i 've tried but it dosent really work... every time i got a connection it just sends 4 bytes an then it stops....
