XCruiser XDSR 750 and Bis tv incompatibility

I need help
I have been transfered to Tehran Iran
Before comming I bought a one year Bis tv and a XDSR 750
It seems that those two are not 100 % compatible
some of the tv channel I have a message no video signal, other are working perfectly
even some of the free channel are not working when the card is inserted
I have a software version 9.55
when i do a check of the inserted card i have the message no conax card ???
Can anyone help me with this issue as I am brand new in sat tv

what biss channels you are trying to open ?

I have a Bis tv card Viaccess, only a part of the package opens
I have TF! but not fr2 nor fr3 fr5 is ok
I cannot have arte
Today I loaded the 9.79 soft and on channel 340 it locks and keep rebooting
I will try with an early soft

as far as i know Bis cards ( a part of TPS) should work in XDSR 750 .
it is a viaccess card.
using On channel is related to sharing porpuses not original cards.
sience you have bis card you dont need on channel software for bis channels.
by the way bis channels are not supported (until yet) in xcruiser sharing system.

I reloaded the soft and reset completely the XDSR
It is not rebooting anymore
I still have problem with a part of the channel
Bis told me that it is because the receiver is not Viaccess certified ??? strange isnt it ??
When I go on the menu to check the card in the slots, it is giving me
2 empty pcmcia slot , normal i dont have pcmcia .
Instead of showing viaccess card, it show no conax card ??? could this be the problem

there may be some incompatibility amoung your STB and smart card.
put the latest availabe software for your receiver and recheck:

I upgraded to the latest soft, still missing a few channels
any other solution ?

All soft upgrade are at 9.84, but still 9.79 for XDSR-750
Will there be a 9.84 for DXSR-750 in the near future ?

you have to load original software not emu. software because using emu . means you dont have card , and they used ram aria for craking code and there is no support for conax
