Need help on saveep winexplorer

i am trying to read an programmed opos card on infinity usb unlimited, set at pheonix mode, at 3.68, trying to extract bk and ird codes, i have been informed to run winexplorer open the saveep script run script and when prompted save it and run it in nagra edit to find info. But when running the saveeep script it shows an error

could you please help while we cannot save the script. winexplorer setting are set to tatinium narga settings.

try other baud setting? 9600 perhaps.

It's possible the card may be blocked. You can get the IRD from the scart socket inside the box. There is a database on some of the cable sites where you can input the IRD and it comes back with the BK. Hope this helps
