English TV and Premiership football from Italy

Hi all. I'm English and moved to Italy ( Treviso ) last year.
I have been enquiring about receiving English channels ( BBC, ITV, E4, etc... ) and the only solution given to me here seems to install a dish of at least 120 cm.
The flat where I live already has an 80 cm dish installed but haven't tried it yet.
Reading some of the forums here, I was thinking .... If I bought myself a good decoder ( which one given that there are loads ), and use the keys provided by some, would I be able to receive some English channels and be able to watch some premiership football from some foreign channels?

Hi,from Treviso you can watch Sky Digital (Astra 28.2°E) with min.60 cm ,you have 80 sm
