PCMCIA drivers for matrix cam reloaded ?

Hello to all!
I'm searching to download drivers for my Matrix reloaded cam.
I've tried to install manually the "mr_by_pcmcia.. drivers" which i downloaded from a post but it doesnt want to install it on my vaio-windows xp laptop.
I guess the file is not the one that fits me.I will appreciate any help.

but that file is the same i've tried.

I select "update driver" then specify the directory of the xp_file n a message comes to say "windows couldnt detect drivers that match better than ur existing ones". Thas my problem....

I seem to have the same problem with mr_pcmcia drivers .When i force the install windows will not use the driver and goes back to the original one. Tried it on more than one XP laptop and windows seven no joy any ideas please?
