I'm from Portugal and I'm new on CS.

So I have a few peers but they are a good peers.

I'm looking for any possibility to improve and stabilize my service.

Hop 1 :- 4
Hop 2 :- +/- 400
Hop 3 :- +/- 600

I have a little bit of all the providers
