ALICE dsl router forwarding

my question is for italians,
if is here anyone, who have this fine piece of technology:
Alice gate 2 Plus, and/or VOIP, and/or Wi-Fi !!!
Of course, it's a DSL 2+ router from Pirelli tires ?!?!
Yes, it's!!!

I have open THE SAME port on both protocols: TCP and UDP,
but my friends cannot comunicate with my DreamBox 7000!
Obviously, I can do it with them and sailing on Internet
without any kind of problem, by my Dream!

first add IP of Dream with their mac like DREAMBOX : 192.168.1.10 with 09.12.25.25.23
after that open the PORT for the dream connection to connect GBOX
than open PORT 21 for telnet and 23 for FTP with TCP
this 2 PORT must be opned with DREAMBOX

i have tested this routeur with a friend in italy and it go very well

Think I've not understand completely.

So:
I have to use >DREAM IP:DREAM MAC ADDRESS< on files,
but I haven't problems with Telnet or FTP within my LAN.
Probably, the problem solution, is on MAC ADDRESS.
The only I need is that my friends can access to my c@m.

You give me a complete forwarding solution!
Well, I don't need Telnet or FTP with my friends,
only c@m comunication Dream to Dream.

Mac Address must be add on c@m files
or Router configuration?

Mac must be add in routeur
first you give fix IP to this mac like : 192.168.1.10
than you open PORT with this IP
note: close the firewall in the routeur and make a test
