Shares not beeing seen

I have set up my Dreambox 8000 with CCcam following the tutorials. I have exchanged C lines and inserted C&F lines in the config file and checked details with a couple of members.
However although I can see their shares in CCcamInfoPHP they can see me connected but not my shares or local.
All my F lines end 3 0 0 { 0:0:2 } which I understood to mean that members could share down to 2 hops from me.
Can anyone offer any ideas on what else to check to resolve this issue before all members delete me.

Is your router port configured ???
CCcam by defult listens to port 12000 so port 12000 should be forwarded in your router to your DM8000 if not your box wont recieve any requests

Also are you running static IP or DYDNS or NOIP ???

I am running DynDNS.
I beleive I have set up port 12000 forwarding in my Draytek router. When I use DynDNS tools it tells me that port 12000 is open.

OK if port 12000 being forwarded to the ip address of your dreambox.
Is the dreambox IP address static as it will change each time you switch your box on and off ???
I use a couple of DM500's and linux server
but for the DM500's there is a check box in the comms setup that says DHCP this has to be unchecked to stop the ipaddress changing each time it reboots.

Also in your CCcam.cfg file is there a line that says
#SERVER LISTEN PORT 12000 this should be
SERVER LISTEN PORT 12000

Is DYDNS from your PC or router or DM image might need refreshing
try pinging your DYDNS address and port 12000 from a terminal screen to see if there is a response

The dreambox has a static address with DHCP turned off.

The server port line is in the CCcam.cfg

DyDNS is on my PC and pinging the WAN IP from there gets no response it times out.

There must be a problem with your DynDNS update
Log into your account on-line
in the my services column select My hosts
this should should show your DynDNS host name and the ip address it is using.

below the ip address box is a link to use auto detected ip address xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
it should be the same as the one in the box.
if not select the link to update.

also check that you have not mis spelt or used incorrect.-,_ etc in your address

if you want to PM only your dyndns address i can test to see if port 12000 is open and see the response

No respnse from DynDNS address or your IP address seem to be were problem might be.

can you PM copy of CCcam.cfg file, delete all of your F: & C: lines befor you send

Resolved thanks to Billywizz. I misunderstood usernames and passwords in F lines. All now resolved
