Hi guys,

I did the following things with the help of my good friend Tiesto80 to improve server quality:

Added priolist
Reduced reshare to max 2
Overclocked cardreader
Removed all peers without local. (Sorry guys, when you have a local you're absolutely welcome again)
Removed incomplete pairs

New statistics are:

Local: 1
Hop 1: 47
Hop 2: 1348
