@ Max224 if you got a cas interface load your cam with 316c bin files

After update is done, you need to go to the Information menu and
enter a magic number. The magic number is "777". This might
change in the future, so be sure to read this file every time!

This is well known problem with Nokia boxes and there is no solution for that...you always get pixeling,freezing picture,not decrypting...as you said it has influence on other channels too...
get yourself Dragon which solves such problems...
I have never seen on ANY forum with ANY member that Matrix would work with Nokia receiver properly.
Nokia as a manufacturer and developer has no interest to develop firmware for their boxes...

<IMPORTANT>

After the upgrade to UCAS3.2, you need to leave the CAM in the receiver with live signal

Sorry, it's my unclear question. I mean Nokia 9600S with DVB2000 software instead of standard Nokia software (CI). I can replace CI with DVB2000 and try how it works with Matrix Reborn, but I wouldn't spend time for that if already known that the result will be the same
