Nilesat Problem

Hi
I was searching for Abu Dhabi Sports 2 on Nilesat/AB4 but found out that I am unable to get signal on its frequency (10911V) even though I am able to get other transponders belonging to the same AB4 beam (AB4-wide) like 10892, 10930 etc
Is this transponder off?
Can anyone please check if it's reachable or explain the reason of my problem?

Yes in weast Africa Nigeria same no signal.
