Is dongle CNX ix-200? and does it require AC adapter? Thx

H donot know IX200 but the shown dongle is IXNET .
It DOSENOT required Adaptor.

1. is the external dongle included in the 350HD pack? if yes, what type?
2. which packages on what satelite can one open with the sat/NEWCAMD sharing facility?
3. can i open art/showtime packages on nilesat/badR birds using the features of 350HD?
4. can you provide me with a detailed guide on how to connect my 350HD setup for internet sharing and key updates for art/showtime packages? can you include pictures of setup for a clearer understanding as well?

hello sir,
i just bought my 350HD receiver, and i have just tracked nilesat. all my art/showtime channels are scrambled. i do not have any sharing yet, as i have no knowledge about sat sharing that can open the channels.
so please teach me what to do? what tools do i need and how do i go about it, that is configuring it.
i am a complete novice when it comes to sharing using my xcruiser. the good thing is i am an IT person who learns fast and i am sure i can set up any sharing provided you can tell me what to do.

there are two type of sharing supported in this model . sat and internet share . if you have access to internet i recommend internet share because it is more stable . for that you have to buy IXNET dongle from your supplier . then its installation will take only 10 minutes.

kindly give me a full detailed procedure for the sat share option. let me use this method for now because i have not been able to lay my hands on the dongle.

how can i enter codes to my 350hd in many sites codes has not provider id and in this reciever name of channels is not show in code page ( i have software No.349)
which other reciever software can use in this reciever?

Hi Xcruiser, I have xcruiser 350hd with IX-net dongle and sometimes I am getting no signal message when viewing channels, has there been any firmware updates or dongle software updates for this receiver. Many thanks for any help you can give.
