can i use any other software ??

Hello All
i have tried to connect my infinity usb phoenix to the dragonload software but keep getting msg(unable to connect check pragrammer & card) i am sure that i have got everything connected right. all the lights seem to be working how they should be. i am trying to load pred322 for my tm1500ci on hotbird. i am still new to all of this but i am trying to learn, i just need some advice on what i can do nxt. ive tried all the settings on my programmer but it still wont connect.
do i have to do anything eles to get it working first?is there some other sofware that i can program my fun7 with to activate my cam? i am stuck now. i thought i could hopefully get some advice from someone who knows more than what i do!!

I thought the Infinity had its own software for fun7 card ,somewhere I see that you can load original Infinity program,minimize it and then open another software and it works then.
