Need Help with English channels in the gulf!

I live in the gulf and am using hotbird and have lost polsat and bbc prime. :( I thus have no english programs to watch.
I have two questions and would appreciate your help.
1. Are there any english channels on hotbird to watch where the keys are available?
2. Should I change to another satellite where I could get English channels? Which ones would you suggest.

hello my friend...all channels are down on hotbird and astra...so i suggest go to thor 1 west.
there are the only channels that are open...DIGI TV

also you can go to 28.2 east...there are many film etc.channels F.T.A.
like filmfour.
