tecnisat skystar 1 ci problem

Ive just bought a skystar 1 ci and when i install the driver on the cd but when i open the viewer it say lnb power on problem. I then tryed progdvb and it sees the card as a twinham so i then tryed to get some chanels on and it only get about 80 chanels off hotbird and only about 3 fta ones work. The signal is good and works ok with my reciver. I have also tryed downloading twinham drivers for the card but they dont seem to help. I am also wondering which drivers off the twinham site to get for best results. Any help will be much apreciated.

my card is a skystar 1 ci by technisat and it is a clone of a twinham vison plus i beleave. the prolem i am having is that it wont work even with the driver on the cd i got with it. Im now trying installing a fresh windows xp and seeing if that helps. cheers for your input any more help much apreciated

Fixed the problem.

I had to do clean install of windows and then never use the drivers on the cd as they dont work with progdvb and once installed you cant install the twinham drivers off the twinham site. Then I installed the drivers off the site and its now up and running. cheers for your inputs guys. Now ive just got to get my head around softcam and stuff.
