Humax 5400z plus getting hooked

Good day,members I have Humax5400z plus,when ever I want to scan for a channel the receiver will get hooked,I have to off from the rear and on again. Presently no signal on the receiver. What is wrong with it? Thanks

if no signal then u have to check ur LNB and dish and cable...did u upgrade ur humax with latest patch (hot11.1 zplus) do not patch ur humax with humax5400z software
check LNB Dish (signal) cable if all is ok then patch ur humax with latest HOT11.1zplus
then try again
((remember do not change ur receiver system id or loader version it might kill ur humax))
