What Am I doing wrong? :-S

Two days ago I got my gammacard. First i burned it with loader 1.1 (on 3,57 Mhz with Infinify USB) and the file for C+NL from 20080922.
I put in in my xcrypt slot in my Vantage 7100 HD. It says Irdeto card, and when I access the card, it got several information about it.
I set the channel to Sport1 (19,2') and let it stay overnight. No picture in the morning :(

Then I wrote my card again. (cleaned it). This time I wrote the Nova file from 2008.11.30. Put it on MGM this night.. Still no picture :(

What Am I doing wrong??

hi, i have same problem! i have 2 gamma´s running with nova! since yesterday 1 of them is not running! i have rewrite it 3-4 times but the card not works! the other card runns fine! where is the problem?? help please!!
