Mbox Control Center V1.0 Beta 2.9

- fix bug copy right mouse click in Trace and Newcs windows.
- remove the message of stat.info if using older Mbox version or gbox (message only)
- local card count with DNS AND Boxid.
- add new ecm.info and pid.info (from mbox V0.5 build 0006)

- add ignore.list editor
- fix control if Tab has more lines

- add other files to the editor. (only files from Path-Keys or K-line in mbox.cfg)

You can select ignore or allow in editor.
If you want to edit a port.list just type the filename AND press [enter].
Example: 12005.list
This will be added in the selectionbox so next time you just must select this.
The selection is stored for each profile.

To delete the filename of the selectionbox:
- select the filename
- delete name and press [enter]
