That's an easy answer : You can't !

the Atmel AT90SC6464C used in card like MKII, Platinium, Titanium 2 & OPOS is a secured crypto non tamperable chip.

Ppl allowed to have the knowledge to program such cards with an OS have to sign a disclosure contract.

Wait & see , some progress are made, not many info shared..

A blank 6464C costs 5€ have OPOS OS 1.05 on it & sell it 10x the price

well you can change from OS 1.03 to 1.04 on OPOS but it doen't change anything exept you think you did change OS.; still won't be a 1.05

i had a useless opus 1.3 found an update to 1.4 now i have a totaly useles card that can!t be changed back "or so iam told " so i now have a realy useless card lol
