you will need RS32 cable to connect your reciever to the computer. simply run the program and put this serial ( V5IWDOIS511QSEM )on the serial status and after the green color appeared choose your port and click on the connect button.

You must follow the instructions above.

i put the serial and connect receiver with pc and i follow all steps then it show some of channels with green color and i was select port and connect but no any channel open !!!!!

my receiver is astra 7000.
