unsure what to do next,can you please help?

hello my fellow friends i have a question as i am unsure what to do.
i have been reading through all the forums for many hrs now and i have decided on what equipment to get which should arrive hopefully on weds.
so once i get my receiver i will surely need some help!!
BUT what i a am stuck on at the moment is trying to help a friend out.
tey have a crytoworks cam & upc card,now i was going to order a opos 1.05 & try to get the channels they needed. But i read last night that it is possible m.o.s.c. they have a card so i was wondering if it is possible to do it with this card also?? i dont wont to mess the card so i need some advice on what my nxt step should be.
i have the infinity usb ph, i also have the card with me but cannot remember the make of s.t.b.

i am now trying to figure out the nxt bit. I cannot read the opos tut that you posted, dont think i have correct software in my pc.(at least i think thats what it is!) now i now a little more thanks.
i will do some more reading & maybe ask for some more help tomorrow at a decent time,about 2am now.
