Hivision 9800 Help?!

Hello to you all this is my first post here,
my friend has given me a Hivision 9800 receiver as a gift, and i want to upgrade its software and codes for hotbird at least, but i searched the whole forum and i couldn't find this receiver,

i will be thankfull if anyone can help me, i am new in this all.

mon ami m'a donne un Hivision 9800, et je veux telecharger le logiciel et les codes pour hotbird ci c faisable, mais j'ai chercher par tout et j'ai pas trouver ce receiver,

Hivion= Hivision??
if so what is the model number equal to hivision 9800??
i appreciate your help but can you be more clearer, thanks
