Echolink EL 777 Probelms,Please Help!!!!!!

Hi,

I am new to this forum so please be patient with me as I can be annoying!!.

My wife has come from morocco and she loves her Arabic channels so I decided to get a dish fitted with these channels.

I had a person fit a satellite for me using the Hot bird satellite.

Everything has gone smoothly every channel was working and 2 weeks into this a few channels that she watches all the time has stopped receiving signal.

At the top of my head Al Maghreb, Arrabiba & Arradiida (or something like please bare with me lol).

The individual who fitted this has changed his number and I have no way of resolving this issue.

Can you please explain how I can retrieve these few channels as the wife is lonely without those particular channels?

I have the Echolink EL 777.

Hi,

I am back again lol!!!

I am having exterme probelms now, ALL OF THE ARAB CHANNELS ON MY HOTBIRD ECHOLINK EL 777 HAVE NO SIGNAL!!!!!.

This is sooo frustating as the individual who fitted it does not answer his phone.

Could some one help as my wife has nothing to watch otherwise salaam
