Hi i by mistake associated 4620 firmware with win RAR so i am unable to put back to stb folder how do i do that? please when i ever i try to open it says is eaither corupted or format damaged

You must be unrar with WinRAR software, then put in receiver.

you can use last firmware and last softcam on your 4620x.

Salam, Hotbird? you can get it if you r located in far north side of Nija places like Gombe, maiduguri, Katsina there r hopes of getting it with just a 1.8m sized dish but for other places u just need a bigger, much Bigger dish. So i think your problem is not with any software with the receiver but just your dish size.

Thank you for your kind questure. I have a 2.6m dish with supermax KU and 2 skysat CBands and 4651X srt. Do i need to have a much bigger dish before i can get signals from hotbird/Astra?

Thank you for your help. I have downloaded the attachement as instructed and the reception has inproved tremendously, but up to now I could not receive signals from Hotbird or Astra satellites. Furthermore, my receiver is no longer recognising 6969 or 8282 or 8280. Pls I need help.

Now, you must be check cable or switch or LNB.

Test with another receiver.
