If you updated your receiver with the wrong firm and it displays " ON " on the front panel, then the receiver is good for a Labtool operation

how can i add provider: id 60600, 62600 in my key editor menu under irdeto 2. because i have only 3 provider available, 060400, 060401, 062800... thanking you guys in advance for any reply on my question....
