Connecting Diablo WiFi to an AP

I have trouble connecting Diablo WiFi to an AP with encryption.
Is there any connection between the encryption protocols and the Domain we have to choose? FCC,IC,ETSI,SPAIN,FRANCEand MKK.
What Domain is preferred?

And put encryptation code if you use.

wpa not work for me only wep. someone have diablo encrypted with router with wpa? wpa encription have particular key format? many thanks for your answer.
