More switch-off details from CSA

The second French area to switch to full digital-terrestrial broadcasting will be Basse-Normandie, after Alsace, regulatory body the CSA decided.

The process has been fixed for March 2010 and will affect 14 million inhabitants. The official switch-off will take place after test experiments in Coulommiers near Paris, Kaysersberg (Alsace) this spring and North next autumn are all completed.
