strange problem with diablo inserting into ci slot

There is a problem when i program diablo with underworld 1.67 software, insert cam into ci slot, but it appears underworld 1.66, what was previously programmed. Now this 1.66 wont disappear at the screen of my ci slot and pushing the button of receiver, any movements wont take place. Cant insert keys manually to digi tv 1w and so on.

Anyone experienced this kind of problem before or is there any solution.

Thanks for answering but i resolved this problem by re programming the same 1.66 underworld and then menu started to work.
